A fantastic job by David and the team! The team were efficient, skilful, knowledgeable and also adaptable and pragmatic to any change, challenge or preference I threw at them on the day! For instance, when they were carrying the felled tree bits towards the wood chipper, the team responded well to me pointing at certain chunkier lengths of timber that I wanted to keep for garden edging and put them aside for me accordingly! The way David and the team approached the job wasn’t just removing invasive weedy trees, but also listening to my vision and values, engaging with it and then educating, advising and acting to help my block reach its future goals and to save me heartache, hard work and structural damage in the future. They weren’t just thinking of the now; they were thinking into the future. I couldn’t have asked for better service nor for a better price! Lastly, it was lovely to see what a great team culture they have! It was an overall happy and collaborative environment that you don’t see very often. Aug 2022 - David and his team took care of all our needs brilliantly in Carina. We had 2 trees to remove in tricky fence-line locations, plus extra pruning, all done on time. David came out to inspect and quote and was completely punctual. I am extremely impressed by his expert knowledge. He knows how to best look after the trees and other plants, and is not precious when it comes to pests that should be removed. On time, on budget, great value, and expert knowledge. And after he removed the dead-wood out of our poinciana, the canopy shape looks great and is now lifted up to an excellent height, making it a wonderful feature tree in our yard. Love these guys! It's so lovely dealing with professionals I can trust with actually caring for our trees as well as meeting our family needs. I am confident that I have chosen the best people for our garden. Fiona and David came and did a thorough job of listening and advising to work with us collaboratively on a plan. Then David and Jayden returned to carry out the work whilst continually checking in with us and explaining what was being done.
