Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brisbane City

My husband went in here tonight to collect our online order. He was gobsmacked by the terrible behaviour of the manager/owner of this place. Not only did he pretend my husband wasn't there and ignored him when he tried asking about our order. It wasnt until a delivery driver arrived back 20 minutes later and started yelling that theres customers that no one is serving, then the younger boy working there came to serve my husband and went to the manager/owner and asked what his employee id number was for the the till and then the manager/owner started yelling at the boy to just use his number, he then logged in and my husband paid for our order, and then the boy went back to the back of the store. Then it came time that the order was ready the owner/manager starting yelling at my husband you "haven't paid for the order" and SLAMMING his hands on the counter at him (absolutely disgusting way to treat customers) my husband politely told him he had already paid and to ask the boy at the back of the shop doing dishes, the manager/owner then said "who? The fat boy?" My husband then told the manager/owner that's a disgusting way to talk about someone and to not do that, the manager/owner then replied "but hes new here" my husband replied he doesnt give a ** if he's new here you dont treat people like that ! (mind you, this boy would probably have been about 16-17). I can't believe this is how this shop is run. we will never be coming back and hope the poor boy working there gets...

I had not tried Pizza hut in a while and thought it would be fair to give it ago, how wrong i was. I ordered a creamy chicken and bacon pizza which cost an extra $4. i accepted this and awaited my chicken and bacon dinner. What arrived was a disgrace. not only was the wonky slice cutting awful. I swear to any gods above that there would have been more toppings on the floor of the pizza shop then what i got on that pizza. I counted 3 slices of mushroom, 3 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of bacon. amongst an awful cream sauce that did not even cover the base. i doubt there was 4 dollars of anything on that pizza, there were 2 slices that had no topping at all apart from the sauce. The us army doesn't recruit people below a certain IQ and i wonder if whom ever made this pizza would pass the bar. I will vehemently be against any order from pizza hut in the future with...

Very Disappointing Experience – Never Going Back

I had a terrible experience at Pizza Hut recently. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Pizza, but was instead served a pizza with beef and pepperoni—something I absolutely do not eat. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the person who served me refused to admit their mistake and instead blamed me for ordering the wrong item, which was completely false.

Despite the clear mix-up, I politely requested a replacement with minimal charges, but he insisted on charging me the full price again, showing no sense of responsibility or basic customer service. I was so frustrated that I simply left the incorrect pizza and walked out.
