Round Table Coffee — Restaurant in Brisbane City

On Thursday 5th August I was walking with my husband. It was 7am we were halfway into our walk when I needed to use a bathroom. We were near a small block of shops on Gwain rd bracken ridge. The only thing open at that hour was the Roundtable coffee shop. I went in and asked the man if there were any public toilets. He said no. I asked if he had a toilet he said yes. By this time I was very distressed I asked him if I was able to use it. He told me it was for customers only. I couldn’t believe his answer. At that time of the morning with no other options. I asked again getting very desperate. He told me once again it was for customers only. I had no other choice but to get my husband to come in and buy a coffee. This guy's customer service needs a overhaul Came In here and as he served me he told me I had to get the app Sorted as it was not optional. In fact that's not correct I can choose anywhere I go to sign in on paper laptop iPad or phone He stated that's not how it works it's not original I stared don't tell me how it works he stood there and raised his voice back at me don't tell me how it works Such customer service! I really want to give this place 5 stars! Honestly, such a nice environment, I love the space, the food is really yummy and the coffess are incredible. The downer is the service.

I don't know if the man that works there actually knows that the way he talks is really abrubt and slightly rude. Makes you feel a little anxious. I've been here 4 times recently and it's the same every time, my friend and family have stated the same.

It's a little confusing, as he does smile every now and then, but the way he communicates makes you feel like you are dumb and he doesn't have time for you. He definitely isn't a bad guy but his tone needs to change
