Shocking experience. When I arrived all 3 staff were making online orders despite the ever growing (I was number 7 in line) line of customers waiting to order.
There appears to be a strong language barrier with all staff as both myself and most other customers had to repeat orders multiple times. For myself, I had to repeat 'multigrain wrap' 3 times before they understood and got the raps out. After the multiple times of repeating saying what I wanted I defaulted to miming, pointing at the items through the glass while saying the item.
I was ordering 2 items and staff were trying to ring me up for one while my other sat as a lone sub on the counter without anything being done to it, even the meat wasn't heating after I spent a good minute getting them to understand what meat I wanted. Reminded them I had two items and got a sigh before they stormed back to the start of the queue (clearly unhappy at me) and asked what I wanted (which had already been told multiple times when they initially asked).
Customer in front of me wanted avocado but there was only a tiny smear left in the tub. He asked if they had more avocado and the lady just wipes the smear on his bread (wasn't even enough to put a thin layer on a THIRD of his sub). He asked for more and said he isn't paying for it if he doesn't get the proper serving but she just ignored him. He had to get cranky when he went to pay and found out they were still charging him full price for what was about a 20th of the usual serving.
After saying no sauce on my wrap, it had to be remade after they added a random sauce anyway. But of course I had to repeat the order (multiple times again) as they didn't know what they had just made to remake it.
Staff were continuously talking to each other after asking customers what they wanted so would then have to ask for a second and even third time. If they listed to answers after asking a question it would likely be a better experience for everyone.
When I got home and we opened our my wrap it was so flattened and stale that it was falling apart and I ended up having to use a knife and fork to eat it. My mother in law sub was missing 2 ingredients (that I paid extra for, bacon and avo) as well.

Read moreI never thought I could have a bad experience at a subway, but today I was unlucky enough to endure one. The 2 girls serving could not get the 3 other customers including mine sooo wrong. While 1 girl who was serving got everyone's ingredients so far off it was laughable. I asked for fresh while the guy behind me wanted toasted. After waiting so long for her to put minimal amounts of meat and cheese I frustratingly turned to get a drink out the fridge while she moved him up the cue to start his salads (which totally get when yours isn't ready yet) but leaves his other subs behind. I turn back to see mine come out the oven and his still behind. I wanted to ask again for fresh but wasn't sure how long of my life I had left to wait again for minimal meat and cheese. Mind you the other girl serving was just fluffing about with bread then walks out the store while we wait. The 1st girl comes back to the other guys to stranded subs and asks me what I want on them and I said "oh no I've got the b.m.t's waiting for her to click. She didn't. She then proceeds to take everything off his subs thinking it was wrong until he piped up in shock and told her they were his others. She just grunts and remakes. There were a few more comedy of errors to.take place after this but not enough time in the day to go through them all. I started this cue with 2 subs that were same sub order with only the sauce being the difference and the others had multiple different subs and yet somehow still walked out of that shop last? This is my 1st ever review never thought I'd give 1 until today.

Read moreWorst Subway experience in 20 years. Worst customer service this year. Unbelievable mistakes. I was looking for the camera crew it was that bad. Waited 26 minutes to get a footing meatball. 3 people in front of me with small orders. Every single order had a mistake or complete stuff up. And that doesn’t include the 2 Uber/Doordash drivers who had to return on 2 occasions for stuff up’s with their orders.
Young Indian-background staff working here need more training. Common sense non-existent. Subway should remove their brand from this franchise. I can’t believe the franchisee hasn’t gone out of business - must be solely running on the Subway reputation.
My order - stuffed up 5 times. Asked what meat 3 times. Asked me what the person behind me wanted on their sub. One person making it whilst the other two chat to their friend. Slowest ever service. Then the subway slipped out the ‘wrapping’ job he did. Then he didn’t a better ‘attempt’. Unbelievable terrible service. Some of you’d like to see it, I almost walked out around the 20 minute mark when my half finished sub was left sitting there for 5 minutes whilst they...
