Delish Fine Foods — Restaurant in Burnie

We had lunch yesterday at Delish Fine Foods in Wivenhoe, Burnie. Both of us had the Thai Beef Salad with crunchy noodles and the flavours all enhanced our eating experience. Lemon. chilli, garlic dressing with a little baby salad leaves, red/green capsicum, finely sliced red chilli. and a little radish to top off the flavours. Certainly a flavourful and enjoyable experience, followed by takeaway desert of Raspberry Cheesecake topped with dried blueberries and a slice of dried apple. Great food and great service and prices are not to bad either, I had the house quiche of the day with Greek salad and was really nice, they also have a range of local and imported products to buy inside like Spanish chocolates and chocolate made with Pinot noir and Shiraz and also merlot, I tried the merlot chocolate and it was oh so nice you can taste the merlot ever so subtle but you know it’s there, will be going back for brunch and to buy some...

Toasted sandwiches... AMAZING! I'm from interstate, but Delish is a must go to everytime I'm in town. Food is wonderful and priced well for what it is. Atmosphere is cute, can't fault it. Seating is a bit disappointing, as this is a really big space and there is limited seating. I don't have the answer, but I'm sure the space can be utilised more effectively.
