McDonald's BP Chinderah — Restaurant in Chinderah

7th of April 2023 at 7:30pm Terrible terrible service from a young blonde short girl at the drive through window as well as the other staff rolling eyes in the background!! Coming from myself who worked at this exact McDonald’s for 2 years.. Myself and my sister both in early 20s were treated very rudely and disrespected.. got eye rolls and attitude just for asking to add something onto our order. She was shouting across the kitchen from the window asking if “these people” can add nuggets as if it was going to be a no. She hands us a warm water bottle from our meal and we ask if there are any cold available, she says no.. we ask for a free cup of cold water then.. she then asks for our water bottle we payed for back. Myself that use to work there knowing the policies I asked for it back and I got an argument out of it from her. Absolute joke waited over 12 minutes for someone to serve me. When I was finally served they told me that I was not waiting that long funnily enough I taking a photo and sent it to a family member I was looking forward to doughnuts on the way home read the timestamped 13 minutes. I don't like to be accused of being a liar and to top it off after waiting all that time to be told that they were out of doughnuts. Next time maybe just put a sign up instead of having someone waiting 13 minutes for no reason. I spoke to four separate attendance that said someone was coming to serve me and not one of them knew that there were no doughnuts that was 13 minutes I could have been on the road earlier for a service station that caters for heavy tourist traffic the aim should be to get people back on the roads as soon as possible. Disappointed I won't be stopping at this service station again how go to the 1 near Coomera on the way...

This McDonald’s is absolutely appaling. My family and I went through the drive thru for some dinner at approximately 17:00 on 29/1/2024 to be met by incompetent workers whom completely butched our order at the order box. Once I approached the window I politely told the young man at the window our correct order, only to be met with attitude from both him and his female co-worker. We finally received our burgers and took a bite only to find that all three of our burgers (2 doubble cheese and one doubble big Mac) were so salty to the point where we had to throw them out. Our fillet o’ fish was also extremely over cooked and had to be thrown away. I hope the correct person reads this as this is truely unacceptable. We are used to getting quality food from this location including earlier the same day. I am unsure whether this was an attack or just complete incompetence. We spent $40 only to have to throw...
