The staff are friendly and the establishment is actually quite nice, the food however leaves tonnes of room for improvement

The "minimum chips" is definitely minimal, the smallest portion I've ever received, they were over cooked, dark in colour, unseasoned and very oily as other reviews mention.

The burger with the lot was very bready, no flavour, and didn't include "the lot", I unfortunately never saw any beetroot or pineapple, a staple for "the lot", I highly suggest changing your ingredients. The meat was also too thin, and undercooked.

The flake was good, well cooked and a good portion, but no lemon? Rookie mistake.

Edit: tried again, asked for extra salt and received none. Everything is unseasoned.

I had a very uncomfortable experience during my visit. The woman who I believe is the owner — middle-aged with dark hair — seemed quite unhappy to be serving customers. From the moment I walked in, her tone and attitude felt cold and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, and the interaction felt rushed and dismissive, which left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I really value respectful service, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I hope this feedback helps improve the lady's behaviour...

Went to get a double cheeseburger and minimum chips, waited 40 minutes for the order to be ready. The lady on the grill put lettuce on the grill for some reason, she touched the bin with the grill spatulas and the burger ended up being unseasoned, dry and mostly bun. The chips got cold by the time the dry burger was made. I'm disappointed with the food we received but at least the hot dog in batter was okay.
