Bah Bah Food & Wine by Stockinpiggle — Restaurant in Cootamundra

We had an amazing time at Bah Bah Food and Wine Bar in Cootamundra! As part of a little day trip from Canberra, we were pleasantly surprised by the delightful experience. The local white wines were absolutely delicious, and the wine selection really complemented our meal. The wine list showcases local wines from the region.

We shared the European sausage platter, which was packed with flavor, and the pork cutlet, which was perfectly cooked and so tender. For dessert, the crème brûlée was good, perfectly caramelized. We paired it with a cherry dessert wine too.

The service was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and drinks. To top it off, the music playing created a relaxed ambiance.

If you’re in the area or even just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by Bah Bah. It’s well worth the drive...

We had a lovely early dinner at Bah Bah with friends and shared a few bottles of local NSW wine. The menu was interesting and had an extensive list of local wines ONLY. (Which I LOVE)

Firstly, the atmosphere in the backyard was lovely, great tunes and good vibes. We were greeted by Vic who gave us a rundown on specials and then got straight into a bottle of local Fiano (which was DELICIOUS).

The food came out promptly and everyone tucked into really thoughtfully prepared and yummy meals including sausages, bruschetta and a lamb curry (which was absolutely amazing) Paired with another bottle of Nero D'avola and a few cocktails we were able to sample a few menu items which were all really great.

Overall, this wine bar is a great find and worth visiting if you're in or travelling through...

My partner and I had the pleasure to find this little cafe/restaurant during our short stay in Cootamundra just walking by!

We had a dinner that night, the food was great, the meat was delicious 🥩 and well presented but we were surprisingly pleased to the exceptional service offered by the head staff Tanya (hope to spell correctly!) She has been amazing with us, extremely kind, welcoming and helpful, since we sat down, until we finished our meal!! 🙏🥂 I also, particularly loved the backyard space, well equipped with plants, outdoor lighting, in a quiet and charming spot! ✨

We then went back there the morning after, just before to leave the town, for a very tasty and fresh pancakes and roll breakfast 🍳🥞

We will visit again if we will go back there 👍We had a nice stay!...
