Please don’t bring your dog inside. I came here to order take out coffee but was abruptly told I couldn’t bring my dog here. I respect this, but there’s a way to tell people kindly. It was an honest incorrect assumption on my part as there was literally a small dog the same size as mine tied up at the counter, a feeder bowl at the door and no obvious signage. I felt publicly embarrassed from the way I was spoken to in front of others, and I left as quickly as possible. On the plus side I noticed some pretty handmade candles for sale.
Edit/ to clarify from the owner’s response, a customer was present as well as two shop keepers and a person watching from the kitchen. But even if no one was around, that is still how I felt from the experience.
Edit 2/ I was there, as were four other people listed above. An attempt to discredit me for my honest feedback demonstrates an inability to understand the actual issue - that your staff spoke poorly to a new customer. Hope that makes sense. Good...
   Read moreWe visited this great little cafe 12 months ago - when the new owners opened for their first day of business - we were there again last week and the business is going from strength to strength- fantastic coffee - great selection of cakes/muffins and the scones are so so good -the Owners are a young hard working couple and are making this business work - some alterations to the business this week will see an oven installed and the internal layout changes a little - the new oven means that foods such as hot pies and fresh bread will become available - highly recommend and wish the Owners all the success...
