Customer service was great, my low rating was due to my breakfast meal. I had the eggs on toast (scrambled) and you could obviously tell they were made in the microwave. I could see where the eggs had been moulded to the dish they were cooked in. They were over cooked and tasted rubbery. For the price you pay, I expected a little more effort.

Nice coffee, went again yesterday for lunch, pulled pork slider mmm yummy, ordered a almond milk salted caramel frappe, omg it was delicious, made a cheeky comment to the staff and we all ended up in stitches. The mind boggles. Lol. Thanks team.

1st visit to The coffee club in Dalby. 2 waitresses come over to ask for our order, waited 30 minutes for a cup of coffee and a pot of tea. Won't be back again in a hurry. Tea was fine, cup handle to small to hold properly. Coffee was good.

Update to my previous review. I’d just enjoyed a fantastic stop at this Coffee Club and was reading some recent reviews. What’s with these dog people!!!! I do not want your dog near me when I’m enjoying a meal or a coffee. Your dog, your problem. I love the Coffee Club policy. It’s why I go there. 95% of people do not bring their dog and don’t want yours there. I’m very pleased you go elsewhere. It’s a win win. Thanks to TCC for being in tune with the quiet majority.

I’d consider myself a regular at this Coffee Club these days. I know most of the staff by name and really enjoy a quick coffee hit. Mani, the manager is so lovely. She’s always on the go but at the same time will make you feel welcome and special. Janna makes the best coffee and those ladies in the kitchen do a fantastic meal. Thank you Mani. You’re the best 🙏 Time to update my earlier review. Since my first visit quite a few months ago this Coffee Cub has become a very regular stop. I’ve gotten to know a few of the staff and everyone is just fab. I’d highly recommend their coffee and food and I’ll take this opportunity to wish Mani and her staff a beautiful Christmas. I’m keen to have my first Coffee of 2024 in your gorgeous restaurant. Merci 🙏 ——————————————————— A big shout out to Mani for making my afternoon coffee hit a fantastic experience. I almost didn’t stop as I was thought they were closed but the beautiful welcome I received from the staff was amazing. I was worried they’d close soon and I’d have to rush but Mani said “just order before 2pm and you can enjoy until 3pm” such a friendly professional. I would happily return to this Coffee Club. There are so many wonderful welcoming people in Dalby and Mani is one...

I was there this morning - yes it was busy so I did expect a bit of a wait. I checked in with the Covid app and straight away I was welcomed and sat at a table, where I asked for a long black and was given the menu. When the lady returned with my coffee I was asked if I was ready to order (the coffee was delivered within a couple of minutes - all good so far) so I ordered eggs beni with ham. much time past and I had finished my coffee then a lady said my order would be ready soon but upon seeing many people who had arrived well after I did and they where now eating I was not impressed. I checked my Covid app and it said I checked in 40 minutes ago - this is not acceptable so I left and made for the till and told my waitress to cancel the order, I paid for my coffee and the waitress came and informed me that my order was ready - I told her I didn't want it now that I came in for brunch not lunch. I was just told sorry they were busy which was hardly true as people who had come much later than me had received their orders. A little more truth and not excuses would have been nice. Really disappointed - won't...

We arrived in Dalby today 30/01/22 just after 1pm and as the closing time was 2pm we thought it would be enough time for a coffee and a snack…wrong, we ordered coffee whilst looking at the menu and once ordered we sat back to enjoy the coffee only to be asked to pay for our snacks before we received any food as it was a quiet day and they were closing early. The request or demand was made without an apology…please or thank you from the staff member. It went down hill from that point with the outdoor tables and chairs being stacked around us and the icing on the cake was to come when my wife had her just emptied coffee glass ( latte ) snatched from her hand. The problem is one of two issues, firstly poor or no staff training the lack of supervision or just bad management, either way I suggest that the staff that were working today should look for a position in another area as Hospitality is not for you. This gives the good Coffee Club establishments a bad...
