Please don’t blame mobile traders for the challenges your business has faced. Many people in Dampier chose mobile traders because they found the staff at your business unwelcoming. I visited your establishment three times and, on each occasion, was not greeted and instead met with a closed-mouthed, unsmiling staff member who expected me to speak first. The food and coffee were excellent, but customer service is just as important. While it may not be widely reported to you, this has become common feedback in the community—and it’s an easy fix for when you reopen. I was genuinely disappointed to see your business close. The coffee and food was tasty and reasonably priced (for this area). There is a selection of breakfast and lunch items ready made in the display window. They freshly made us a vegetarian version of one of the items. There are gluten free options for lunch but not breakfast, although I didn't think to ask if they could do that. Nice view over the harbour from some of the outside seats....
