Soak In Dampier — Restaurant in Dampier

Went for dinner looking for a quiet spot as the music was loud. The lovely waitress came over and asked about a table and she was asked about a quiet location to eat. Her reply was we will turn down the music great we thought and she did. Moments later after we ordered our drinks another waitress came out and turned the music up so we hadn't received our drinks saying to each other have our drinks and leave. The first waitress came back and asked if we want to order food where we told her we was only staying for a drink as the music for us was too loud. She went and turned down the music then the second waitress came outside and sat at a table with headphones on hmm I thought what's her problem oh not a waitress but the owner. We had a very lovely dinner and the waitress was fantastic. Paid the bill and went back to the table where the owner had to make her point and turned the music up prior to us leaving. She has an issue we are the customers and wouldn't have gone there if this was an issue so not returning. Unprofessional customer service from the owner, I'll insist we don't order work food through...

It was Nice experience visiting there for breakfast. I stayed at Dampier Mermaid Hotel Karratha for a job and did breakfast there. They have a lot of Breakfast options. They have so many Drinks options. They have Juices, Milkshakes. Forget to make pictures of Menu for you guys. I hope you will find that in other reviews. The food was good, came quick. Milkshake was also good. The view of the hotel is very beautiful for those who love Sea views. A small kids park nearby just down the road. Toilets for both male & female available. Changing room for kids also there. Chairs for infants are also available. Very Nice and friendly staff. Ample space for sitting. And very nice view. I reckon visiting around evening and morning hours when the temperature is normal then you will love the sitting and view to its best. Small way towards squash club from the left corner in the parking if you stand watching towards parking. Soak bus was standing in the parking, don't know the purpose of it. Sofa seating, chairs seating and beach 🏖 kinda seating that was wonderful, you can enjoy food and sea view at the same time on...

Absolutely stunning venue! Save this place for your last night as it is that enjoyable, relaxed, and special. The staff are attentive, prompt, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was locally sourced, fresh, delicious, well priced, and good-sized portions. The view was AMAZING. Could not fault it. Sooooooo many choices of seating, to suit everyone. Disability accessible, patk at the top, and hop out. The wine list was small, but I highly recommend the La Villette chardonnay if they still have it. Cannot wait to come back again! I ordered: The Sriracha Mayo Fish Tacos 1 x scallop Wine: 1 x glass of Chardonnay (La Villette - highly recommend. Paired perfectly with the scallop) 1 x glass of Reisling.

The one minor downside is the height of the fence regarding the view when sitting down. I would highly recommend considering re-fencing with glass panels...
