Awesome Noodle Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

I called to place an order and was told 40 mins wait, which it being a Friday I had no issues with. I gave them my phone number and they said they would call at around 40 mins and tell me how long it will be. They called after 45 mins and said it will be another 20, once again no issues with. the i arrived at the restaurant after about 25 mins and was told after i waited another 5 that the meal was still in the queue and would be atleast another 30 mins. I am not happy that it took me so long to realise that they never intended on making my food and was just doing this to save them from more work. the funny thing is the restaurant had about 3 empty tables. Not good enough I wont go back after...

Under new management.

This restaurant is now under new management and with that some changes in the menu & flavours. For a long time customer of the previous management this was a surprise.

Sadly the fried rice is not what it used to be as it's less fried and lacking that dark punch flavour that the previous used to have. New one now comes with chicken, bean shoots & heavy on shallots & is more like boiled rice with additions. Spring rolls seemed same/similar & still yummy. First time having the crispy chilli beef which was a surprise and rather addictive.

Several good meals from this place. However last night (Sunday 18 Dec 22) I ordered prawn chow mien. It tasted great but minutes into the meal diarrhoea set in and I spent the next hour and a half racing to the toilet. I have never experienced anything like it. I returned to the restaurant this evening with the remaining food (refrigerated overnight) but the owner declined to taste it. To add insult to injury she refused a refund. Eat there at your own...
