It was Mother’s Day and we booked the private room. When arriving the restaurant gives you that sense of calmness because of the low light and deco. However, when we got seated in our table, everything went down heel. We waited an hour for our food since ordering and when we got the food, it’s average and the tasteless. I don’t think it’s worth going to this place. The staff are rude and one of the staff who worked at the bar was rude to my daughter and told her off for not sitting properly on her seat. He didn’t ask her nicely to sit on her seat but told her off. She is a 7 year old child and he made her uncomfortable. I don’t believe that we would want to pay for a service if you’re making a child uncomfortable. If you have a problem with a child, speak to the parents and they will deal with the situation. Read moreIt was a last minute decision on Saturday evening - we rang and got a table. What a great choice. The service was friendly and efficient and the food outstanding. We had our favorite Asian mains including crispy fried chicken with ginger and shallot sauce and Mongolian lamb. We also had a selection of dumplings and pork buns for entree. The food was fantastic. The place was busy, but the vibe felt friendly, relaxed and happy. The environment was clean and luxe but there were people eating Al fresco in a more casual section of the place. There was plenty of staff - they were efficient friendly and hard working. On the whole - how lucky is Canberra to have this great restaurant. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for a great night out or to have take away. We will definitely be returning customers- this...
