Domino's Pizza Denman Prospect — Restaurant in District of Molonglo Valley

Worst dominos ever. Picked up. Came home. Dough uncooked. Asked to make again and deliver because they messed it up.they refused to deliver. This guy told me how could you ask for delivery when you bought the pizza with discount voucher. If I use the discount voucher does that mean you can make uncooked cold pizza to customer? How rude?

I didnt want to drive there again. Was Asked come next day deal with manager. Went there next day. Showed the pizza and asked for refund. Manager wasn't there. This different guy wasted my time asking what happened, who I spoke with last night, why I didn't rather get the pizza remade, etc. This guy called his manager and after minutes of talking finally hung up and asked me would you like another pizza made now? I told you I want a refund!!! He called his manager second time and after couple of minutes of talking again with the manager finally...

I just spoke to “Kash” on the phone and I had repeated to him multiple times that out pizza had so much cheese to the point it had dried out the tomato base and the cheese was melted over the crust, we received our order 10 mins before close and called him shortly after discovering pizza was not good, (we are regular customer who always get cheese pizza and this is the first time this has occurred), I informed him multiple times what the issue is and he kept ignoring us, even after we sent him photos to his personal number that he provided us, and despite the dominoes box saying “if you’re not 100% happy with your meal, let us know and we’ll happily replace or refund it” our order was not replaced or refunded despite complete customer dissatisfaction. New shop that's needs to train their employees on what a pizza is and how to cook it. Absolutely the worst excuse for a pizza I've ever seen from a pizza shop and this is a DOMINOES!!! I politely explained to them (even though I was horrified) what i thought was wrong with it and they literally didn't even apologize for a second.
