Disgusting customer service.

Initially power issues, we strolled the nursery which was lovely with lovely staff.

Came back to order when power was fixed and the wait time was not only long but a staff member came in, ordered her coffee and got her coffee straight away.

Our order was wrong, ordered 2 coffees and had to ask for the second one. I made a comment of 'if I worked here I probably would have got my coffee sooner' and was met with absolute rudeness from the barista who blamed the power outage which had nothing to do with the fact she placed a staff member before customers who had been waiting some time.

Received the second coffee which was less than warm. Had to ask for the croissants I ordered as they were forgotten also.

Unfortunate that I had heard so many nice reviews only to be met with a rude, non apologetic barista. The staff member that got her coffee before us also knew it was wrong and attempted to hide the coffee that was slid across the counter to her.

The food preparation also witnessed was disgusting, no hand washing, slices taken out by hand after handling the counter! Handfuls of spinach taken from fridge!

Hi, its me elton. I couldn't reply on that ŕeply that you send. Here again i admire your audacity blaming me for the thing that i am not related to it. Don't blame other for the thing that they haven't done. If you have a proof why don't you proof that i was 30min late so every reviewer can see.

And don't talk what you dont know. When we dont pick up the order for more than 15 to 20 min the order automatically reassigned to other driver. If you have proofs just reply me with that. If i am wrong i will sincerely apologise to you but i know i am not wrong and thats never gonna happen.

If you have done something worthless as a business owner. I have my rights to write it down that's what reviews are for. Accept it and move on but at the end you still trying to blame.

I recently had morning- tea with three friends. We chose Magnolia Cafe as it always has deserved 5 star for their food & service. This time we were very disappointed. The food & drinks were brought out randomly, two friends had scones which they could not eat as they were undercooked.I had raisin toast which was warm bread,so I asked for it to be toasted,which after 10 min; they did. Raisin toast needs butter, however it was so sparse they need not have bothered, a teeny bowl of artificial cream with half a under ripe strawberry accompanied it.
