The Coffee Club — Restaurant in Dubbo

I ordered sandwiches for a birthday afternoon tea , Rod who is the boss told me they wood be $75 dollars, when I queried the price, because the price was actually $50 dollars he said ohh I made a mistake, so I thought ok fair enough, he said they will be ready for 1pm on Sunday, but when I realised 1pm Sunday would be too late as I need them for 1pm , so I phoned the store, told the girl I spoke to that I need to pick them up for 1030am because that’s the only time I would be able to pick them up . So I get a message asking me to call Rod who’s the boss ,so I call and I’m told he’s too busy. My brother in laws frequents the place quite often, and Rod the boss calls my brother in law complaining to him that he’s frustrated because I’m picking up the sandwiches at a different time. My husband and I have been to many coffee clubs and this one was definitely the worst one we’ve been to. To start off with staff at the counter weren’t sure about the questions we had regarding meals and had to go ask someone else. We ordered an oat latte, way too much froth more than a cappuccino would be, we asked them to remake it and came back the exact same. Ordered a big breakfast with soft poached eggs, this is ‘their’ soft poached eggs, bacon is basically raw couldn’t eat it all. We also ordered a ham, cheese and tomato toastie with onion on brown bread, it came without onion the first time, so we took it back then it came out on white bread instead of brown. Not to mention one of the chefs had long hair and did not have it tied back or anything, not even a hair net on. They were also wearing sunglasses on top of their head with a casual cap on. Terrible service all round, doesn’t even deserve one star. disgusting coffee with it spilled all over the mug and saucer, no cremer and bitter, had a meal rudely put on the table followed by the “server” throwing one set of cutlery on the table with no care, bought over an extra meal that we didn’t order but got charged for and then got rudely told to come up to get the refund just as we all finally got our meals. Forgot another set of cutlery then got it thrown in my hand with no napkin. Most disrespectful staff I’ve ever come across, gross attitude with dirty looks on their face.
