Subway — Restaurant in Dubbo

I was here today with my friend and her mum, me and my friend ordered footlongs while her mum ordered a 6inch. My friends never had subway before so she wanted to get what I wanted, it was very packed and busy there today but we waited in line. Once we got up to the part where they would ask us if we wanted it toasted or not. I wanted it toasted where my friend did not. This red head teenager about 15-20 years put my sandwich in the toaster and my friend quietly asked if she could actually have hers toasted. She gave my friend a disgusting look then proceeded to raise her voice saying “do you want it toasted or no?” Once my friend said yes, she grabbed the Sandwich aggressively and slammed it in the oven. I go here all the time and I love it. I love your food but today the service was horrible. Then she proceeded to just look bored and angry as my friend was deciding...

7 August 2024: my mother and I attended the premises at 4:30pm, I asked for Italian herb and the seemingly half concious, large sized, blonde service girl who is always wasting time messing around and mocking other people's cultural accents when serving her friends stared at me like a fool and said "sorry we don't have any" I then asked for white bread and was told "we just have a single wheat bread" to which I replied "subway, a sandwich shop, has no bread? Three hours before close?" She stared at me as if SHE wasn't the fool and responded with "yeah". Go to the subway on the main road, these people are brain-dead. If I could award 0 stars i would, that girl is constantly rude, belligerent and the stores never stocked and messy...

In my last 2 visits I have received a burnt sub and rude service. When I suggested the burnt sub was too burnt the young server scraped some burn off and said 'That will do'. On the most recent visit the cashier firstly didn't know how to add points to my Subway app, then charged me for a large salad and looked disbelievingly at me when I corrected her, then short changed me by $1. There are 2 other Subway shops Dubbo, both of which we've used, both of which were much more customer orientated so we'll be using them again in preference...
