KFC Echuca — Restaurant in Echuca

I rarely go to KFC as I don’t often eat it, unfortunately on the odd occasion over the years I have gone to the Echuca KFC I have rarely found the service to be anything outstanding but tolerable. Well tonight I called in....it was very busy....ok...the young man on the till Clearly had not been given adequate training and I don’t think I saw an “adult” in the place. I waited nearly 35 minutes for a 3 piece feed and a coleslaw. The 3 twiddly bits of chicken I had one was cold, one could of bounced off the wall and the other was lucky to have 3 bites of chicken as it was barely a full wing. Chips were luke warm and that coated in salt they were inedible. So basically I waited all that time to come home and have a small tub of coleslaw, a dinne roll and about 3 mouthfuls of chicken. At one point people were still waiting for meals and one young male was standing in my clear view looking at his mobile phone then strolled back to the area/station he appeared to be working. In fact none of the staff I saw appeared to be in any sort of hurry! The young female who eventually gave me my order slammed the coleslaw down and as she was turning her back and walking away and mumbled “sorry about the wait” as I had noticed her do to previous customers. Clearly she wasn’t sorry, but just the same I don’t blame the staff entirely as obviously the level of training and supervision/management appears quite inadequate! Needless to say that will be my last visit to...

When I eat Kentucky fried chicken, heart explodes with love and joy for just chicken alone, mouth watering at the thought of this succulent chicken flowing though my mouth, enriched with amazing chips salted to perfection, and can not mention the amazing staff that are willing to go above and beyond to meet every expectation, so friendly and welcoming, I expect this at every kfc store worldwide

Well DONT EVER EXPECT THIS at the ECHUCA VICTORIA AUS postcode 3564 Honestly its managed by 16 year olds, that hardly even look of age, and straight up act like there 12-13 adolescent child, I’ve been here regularly over the years been this is my home time and and watched go from yeah it’s good not bad, to straight up downright embarrassing, I watched a child working, no gloves beating chicken then put his hands down his pants, from what I assumed starched his nuts and then pulled out and starting beating Chicken again, and not only that the state the store is in every moment it’s opening it’s pathetic as well, the floor has been that greasy every time I’ve been there that I just expect that now, and now the staff, the boys who work there are alright rarely get spoken baldy or eyerolls, but the girls who work there, straight up attitude and disrespectful, they eyeroll every goddam time and give most dirtiest looks worst food Going to...

Got a Family Feast from the Echuca KFC store two weeks ago ,got home just to find out the bucket that contained the 15 pieces of chicken had shrunk to half the size then when we opened the lid we found the sizes of the mangy chicken had shrunk as well but we still paid full price . i phoned the Manger at the time and her excuse was it was a supply problem . It took the mention of the owners name Chris Metropulos for her to offer full replacement Family Feast i even offered to return the meal that night and her reply was no there will be a FULL family feast meal waiting for you to pick up any time you like and she took my details . WELL i went to get my replacement FAMILY FEAST last night , but when i tried to collect it i was told by the KFC smart alec minion Kiren that it will be 15 pieces of chicken only he even pretended to phone the manager but just came back with a cocky no . I said to him what did i have to record the conversation with the manger i talked to for KFC to honor what she said his smart arse reply was yes . so i politely told him where he could stick the 15 pieces of chicken and drove off .
