Hungry Jack’s Echuca — Restaurant in Victoria

I was craving a meal with onion rings, a burger and a strawberry milkshake. Although Hungry Jacks claims to sell fast-food, it took a whopping 40 minutes till I got my meal… The employee at the counter had quite an attitude as wel.

18:30: I place my order. 18:35: I got notified by employee that they were out of onion rings. Got offered crisps instead. Employee was clearly anoyed that I did not accept a large portion of crisps which is worth less what I originally payed for. After a while I got the difference in price back.. 18:45 Employee makes the crisps and sets asside. 19:00 got notified there is no milkshake… Enployee is again annoyed I want a refund instead of a different soda… Once I asked why she was annoyed she told me the screen reacts slow, yeah right 😂. 19:08 meal is finally ready. She takes the crisps she made 20min earlier.. 19:10 went back to get new crisps. These were cold. Redicilous that I need to wait for 40min for my meal… but got crisps that are already made 20min ago. Employee again clearly anoyed and got offered the fries w/o even looking at me.

So. Slowest meal I ever had at any fast-food restaurant. No onion rings. No milkshake. But instead a very annoyed employee with quite an attitude and a cold burger.

Im local so i always order online. They disable to deliver to my place to start with(since last year-because one of their staff didnt find the address, of course our house is soooooooooooo invincible and its like magic puff will turn into something else) i have no complaint to go and pick up thats okay. But when comes to picking up - if my partner go and pick up? Always give atleast one wrong order(by means, once every order-how cool was that to just gave a wrong orders)Always-but, its okay- we went back for a change no matter how many times. They always done wrong so we can spend all fuels and times to them because they deserves it. Remember? For example, just now-we ordered not vegan but guess what? They gave us vegan set. And we have to go back there as usual to change or order something else but no matter how many times, they still incompetent to get the right order that i paid for, oh my sweet babies..yes..we sacrifies the fuel and time for all of yous. Sorry, after many many many many many times, im also can be impatience. I hope whoever pack my food since the day they started to messed with my food, may you never get happiness in your life. Ordered online so I could skip most of the wait time and I still had to wait about 25 minutes for my order, people who ordered in store were waiting around 30 minutes. They were asking who was waiting the longest and for their numbers because the orders were going off the board. The only reason why I got my order was because I walked up to the front counter and showed them my number.
