Surprisingly disappointing! I have rarely (ever?) left a negative review anywhere before, but the GF Hawaiian I had tonight was Not Good. I'm prepared to pay well for good food, but while tonight was on par for gourmet gluten-free pizza pricing, the taste and texture was definitely not.

Pineapple was bland and lacked sweetness, which it really needed, but the big let-down was the spam-like ham that replaced the leg ham on the menu. Really salty and left a bad taste in the mouth. Sounds like a small thing to complain about but it ruined the entire pizza. I'm a little concerned it wasn't gluten-free, as this kind of ham and spam rarely is and a wheat allergy will make me know about it. I'm assuming it is GF for this review and hoping for the best.

I was really hungry and 15km away so I haven't followed up with them, but if you're reading this, EBP&P, please take the time to make yourselves one of your GF Hawaiian pizzas and sit down and eat it. Use the spam-like ham you used tonight (April 13) and then when you're suitably horrified, either remove that pizza from your menu or fix the toppings.

I can tell from the base and the way it was cooked that this could be a really great pizza, but seriously, tonight, it really wasn't. Probably one of the least enjoyable pizzas I've had in the last decade - and that's a shame as this place looked and smelled like it does a really good pizza! This place has gone downhill ever since the new owners took over. The food quality has dropped significantly yet the price does not reflect these changes, the food is often under or over cooked. I alerted them of this after an order with a loaded potato that literally was RAW, they promised me a credit for a free meal which they never followed through on. I’ve just come in to get my order tonight and have the time to write this review because it’s 15 minutes past the pickup time. When I arrived at the counter there was a man standing behind the counter who didn’t acknowledge me when I said hello as I’d been standing there for a significant amount of time with no staff serving me, he later walked out with an order and appeared to just be a friend? Probably shouldn’t be behind the service counter on a busy Sunday making your business look bad. I was finally acknowledged by a teenager who basically asked what I was doing there.

The whole interaction was weird. I miss the way this place used to be so friendly and professional and how they used to know cooking times so the food never used to be bad.

A highly rated business for years, we were keen to try good wood fired pizza. We ordered Pizza around 6.45ish. Friday 14th Feb. Fair play i was told it would be around 40 min. I was ok with even an hour. After an hour sitting near the door i enquired how long. The girl said she would find out and let me know. 15 plus minutes later she informed me it would be 5 min. Ours was next out. I waited another 15, watching the guy who served me deliver 3 to 4 other takeaway orders to other people waiting. I then got up and asked where was my order again. The girl said she would find out and bring it to me urgent. At 8. 25 we got our pizza and garlic bread. We were staying across the road. Opened food within 3 min of getting it and it was near cold. The pizza was worse than a homebrand supermarket one with Homebrand watery bbq sause in a spiral on the top. The cheesy garlic bread was unedible.
