McDonald's — Restaurant in Forrestdale

edit: we made the mistake of ordering here again and low and behold the orders are wrong again... ive never come across a more useless group of people in my life. Order from the armadale store never from forestdale. Just as an exmple every time we order double quaters we get the box for a double quater but the burger is never than burger. They leave items off every meal without failure... how can you possibly be that bad at your job that every single order is wrong ? surely by pure coincidence you are going to get it right atleast once, you have more chance of winning lotto than this pack of spastics ever getting your order right

These guys are absolutely useless, we order regularly when we have a house full of kids (often 5 or more kids) from uber eats, they mess up every single time with out fail. if they are good at more than one thing its messing up and then having the on duty manager ignore your concerns when you call the response is always "we cant do anything about it, we will pass on...

Drive through night time service ordered 4x bacon & egg mcmuffin, 1x sausage & egg. Had to wait in service bay next to 2nd drive through window, 25 mins later after waiting still and watching other customers go they finally came to give my order which was wrong was for customer behind me, they apologized as I told them wasn't my order and asked me to drive around to the 3rd service waiting bay for my order. A further 10 mins later I finally got my order with a feeble apology from the staff. Then to top it off the muffins were completely burner the egg way over cooked and whole thing was crunchy and cold 😤😤😤 the 3 staff members that were on that night which is really bad as is were very incompitant and useless they were dawdling and more interested in doing what they wanted being as the 3 were obviously young and training the fact their was no senior advisor etc is appalling. I do not recommend this Macca's to anyone as it is by far the worst fast food joint I have...

I ordered Uber eats as I'm babysitting grandkids and haven't got car seats for them. The store is 3 mins drive from my location yet I waited 45 mins for the order to be delivered and the whole order was stale and lukewarm. The Happy Meals weren't even placed in the boxes - the flattened boxes were placed in the side of the bag. One juice bottle had a dent in it and there was only 1 toy even though I ordered 2 Happy Meals. The only things meant to be cold were the drinks. If I'd been able to, I would have returned the whole order and asked for hot food which is what I am paying for! Start training your staff better regarding the fact that customers are paying for hot food and have better quality control over the food that goes out. If I had to wait 45 mins for my food then there was plenty of time to cook fresh, hot food. The only upside is that by ordering from Uber Eats I could put in a complaint and...
