Disappointing - and not at all what I was expecting. Stopped here to try some local wine at this “winery cellar door” during our exploration of South Gippsland. Turns out there are No wine tastings available, and not even paid tasting (with refund with purchase of wine to take away). Instead wine Flights are available to purchase served on a paddle, and wines by the glass / bottle. Cheese and charcuterie boards available too, and beers. Staff seemed a bit dusty from the night before - wrong wines provided on our selected wine flight, and they seemed confused about which wines were available on the day. Plenty of tables inside and outside - nice decor/ fit out but it all feels more like a Wine Bar setup. Which is all fine & well but I don’t think this matches what their website says. We did buy a bottle of wine afterwards as we felt obliged - not sure why though! Unfortunately not a great experience for us - did not match...

Expensive, $20 tasting fee not refundable, nothing to write home about.

The staff are friendly. Everything's locally sourced. The music was boppy. Nothing wrong with the wine or food. Except the price.

$20 tasting fee is poor form to start with; having it apply even if you buy a bottle is almost cause to turn around and walk out. The wine by the glass is cinema priced, and I baulked at the $45 "cheese & salumi" (sic) plate. Settled for a 6" square of margarita focaccia and paid the extra $2 for the 2...

We have gone a few times now to this lovely industrial yet cosy space that represents significant local knowledge and wine creation skills (their beautiful grapes come from their Gippsland land parcels) - the wine is amazing with good use of varietals and my sister, who loves a sparkling Shiraz, was enamoured of their ‘red fizz’ - the hosts are always friendly and interested and the fire welcoming - finally they collaborate with locals for their food so everything is fresh and...

The tapas, pizza and wines at Dirty Three are so mouthwatering they will get your saliva glands gushing like fire hydrants! That’s because everything is so utterly delicious. The wines are plush, rich and fragrant while the array of tasty foods include local ingredients that have perfect synergy with the wines. Portions are ample to generous and the vibe is terrific as is the staff- a joyous bunch of helpfulness. This is a fabulous venue and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. 10/10
