Burger'D Arundel — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Always a bit hit and miss with Burgr'd consistency and customer service at this location, but tonight the meal was nice. $10 bucks for the Royale with Cheese is something my youngest son and I can't get enough of. Him for the burger and me for the price. Got a few sad semi transparent tomato slices that got hotted up in the other burgers, disappointing that they choose to watch food costs on this as significant impact on overall quality when you are looking for a nice classic burger with tomatoes and crisp lettuce. Easy enough fix by throwing in some of our own fresh cut tomatoes and lettuce at home, but definitely a watch point. Burg'd running out in front of Pattysmiths in my opinion but they should be building a solid customer base, before 5 Guys and Fries...

Great place for a quick burger. Everything on the menu is delicious. Royale with cheese is an excellent burger. The Bazinga is a delicious crispy breaded chicken sandwhich. The Singh, Singh, Singh, is a curry chicken burger that is also amazing. Their beer battered fries have excellent flavor and the portion is generous. Their onion rings are also excellent. I have been holding off on trying their shakes because I suspect I won't be able to stop ordering it. Your order is always made fresh to order. The people behind the counter are always the nicest. Only drawback is that the place gets uncomfortably hot in the summer. I can't recommend this...

not bad food and not bad customer service! the quality of meat was quite good and the quality of my water was horrible the loud cars coming down brisbane road was very loud and distracting while i was trying to enjoy my burger and drink. the customer service was decent and the people who worked there were often rude and annoying! the other customers were also disgusting with there meals and weren’t even aloud a refund for the horrible quality food! i wish i could do 0 stars! the food was horrible and all the people who worked there were absolutely horrible. to conclude, never go here! it is the worst food you will ever get! and this is not an...
