recently visited this place and ordered a combo of coffee and churros. When my order arrived, I was surprised to see that there was no sauce with the churros. When I asked about it, they told me the sauce was an extra charge—something they never mentioned when I placed my order. This is very misleading. It’s just common sense that churros come with a dip, and I’ve never had churros served without sauce before.
On top of that, the churros were dry, which made it even worse. And instead of being served on a plate, they were just thrown into a small fried food basket with no plate or anything underneath. It just felt careless and unappealing.
While I understand businesses have their own ways of marketing, being transparent with customers is important. If the sauce isn’t included, they should inform people upfront instead of charging extra later. Then we had an asado-wrap which by some miracle was even more delicious. This had the most tender beef strips, thin slices of chorizo sausage, some light salad, grilled onion, mayo, and chimichuri sauce.
