DDW Chinese — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Been coming here since we moved into the area 3 years ago and never fails. Me and the missus get at least one dinner from here a week and it never disappoints. They're always run off their feet but are always up front about when the food will be ready and because it's good I don't mind. I ring in most of the time and then when it's close to being ready I had down to pick it up because it's worth it. My Fav is the satay chicken ddw meal with added cashews(which they roast separately for it) and my missus love the Malaysian chicken fried rice. The kids scoff anything from there but my oldest boy loves their curry beef. 5 stars...

Not only the best most flavourful Chinese I’ve had but also the most loveliest staff. I come here occasionally as I am conveniently down the road but I would travel past any Chinese place just to come here instead. My most recent time I came in 15min it’s to close time (9:30pm) and I was not expecting such a positive welcoming attitude. The food is not only high quality and delicious, they load those containers packed so generously. You get more than your money’s worth! A lot of the complaints here are about the poor delivery time, not this one. Even if you can put up with the delivery taking hours as many have mentioned, once you get your food you will be sorely disappointed. THIS IS THE WORST CHINESE TAKEAWAY I HAVE EVER HAD.

I grew up in regional NSW and I know not to expect Michelan cuisine when I order from a Chinese takeaway but there is usually a standard which you would expect; the food tastes bloody good.
