In the past, would run out of bread by 10:30am every day. It's much better now, but there are still days when we will try to buy a loaf for lunch around 11:30-12:30 and they will be sold out. They just don't make enough. The bread itself is almost always very soft and lasts a couple of days. The EFTPOS pricing is definitely off. Instead of making enough bread to sell all day, they seem to be happy to make a single batch and charge more for it (3 price rises in 6 months) to make up for having to pay staff to stand there the rest of the day, not selling bread. In the past we would buy a couple of pies or pastries to go with our bread to make up enough ($5) to not pay the EFTPOS charge. Since increasing the limit to $15 there has been no incentive at all to do that. We used to buy up to 10 loaves of bread a week, since the pricing changes we now average about 3 and spend more at the other...

Very disappointed that they have upped their eftpos limit to a $15 minimum transaction. It used to be $5 and if you bought something under that you could pay a 20c fee. Now it's $15 minimum with no option to pay the fee to buy something under the minimum price. It feels like their trying to do the old tax dodge on sales. The last couple of times I purchased their mini quiches they were tock hard and surely a few days old. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased again just to be equally disappointing. I have seen quite a few community posts upset in regards to the high eftpos policy and they seem to be losing quite a bit of business. I'd rather travel an extra 1.8kms to the next bakery. They have lost my weekly business along with many others. Staff are quite...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND EXTREMELY OVERPRICED.

#1 - the Asian worker is just awful. I’m a local and every time I’ve gone here she’s done something rude. Eye rolls, nasty responses and miserable attitude. I feel sorry for the people she has to go home to.

#2 - prices have gone through the roof and trust me, it’s not worth it! $4 for I bite sized quiche….really?! Take your money elsewhere.

#3 - $15 minimum spend to use eftpos. What a joke.

Won’t be going back there after my most recent visit. It’s a shame because the quiches there are quite...
