Noodle Box Pacific Pines — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

The young girl was super helpful despite me changing my mind a few times due to the new menu since we last visited. However the tall boy was incredibly rude to her despite her doing a good job. She tried to ask a question to the cook on our behalf and he rudely cut her off. She tried to ask for help on the POS machine and he spoke down to her and then removed her from it after us. The attitude coming off him was horrific. Throwing bowls and all.

Think he needs to be taught how to speak to people and to give people a chance to learn. Very poor representation of the staff here. Luckily the young lady made up for it.

Noodle Box stores are a great example of how franchises can vary locally. As you can see from prior reviews, there have been mistakes, but these were mostly following a change in ownership and some inexperienced staff flubbing some orders.

We went back to this store as "our local" and found that they easily stand up to the standard for this franchise now. My suggestion is to find the other stores in the area (Coomera and Helensvale) and try from all three. You'll be surprised but you'll also find which cooks it just the...

Absolutely disgusting venue.

I had a simple order, just a regular Malaysian satay. Was too challenging for the staff member that served me. They seemed disgruntled that I was i the store ordering food. I had to correct them on the size.

The food was not edible $16.50 for a meal so covered in oil you'd be in trouble with the epa if you tried to eat it within sight of a waterway. Everything tasted like burnt oil. Not a hint of peanut or satay. Hardly any vegetable or meat. Just noodles with 5 layers of burnt oil.

The store was filthy especially in the kitchen.
