Sucks to leave this review because the team here are mostly awesome friendly people but just leaving this review to say… don’t order the breaky burger. First time i thought i got unlucky, this is the second time the “burger bun” has been hard, cold and stale. The egg overdone and the bacon also just dried out and hard and barely warm? Not sure if these are pre-made / assembled in some capacity but considering the drive thru menu has an amazing picture of a seemingly hot and fresh breakfast burger (what you’d expect from a coffee club) instead you get a barely service station acceptable breaky burger. As my 3 year old daughter would say when she’s eating something she doesn’t like…. yes i DONT, yucky! 🤣 sorry guys, i say this with love, but the breaky burger has to stop or seriously level up. This mostly falls on the business manager, make sure your burger buns are fresh atleast and not hard and stale? i reckon i’d have better luck chewing and downing dry sand honestly. If we were comparing this burger to a maccas mcmuffin, the mcmuffin is the “10” and this is barely a “4” 🥴 at double (and more) the price! i don’t mean to be hard on you guys but yikes! Hopefully you take this review on board, become a “mystery shopper” or whatever they are known as, anonymously order this breakfast burger at your own cafe here and see how many bites you get into it before you decide you should be likely eating...

Every time I go here, the food is fine and the coffee is alright, the wait time can sometimes take ages, but the toilets are absolutely repulsive. Every single time I’m there, and I go there often because it’s right near my work, there is diarrhoea splattered all over the toilets, both toilets, not just one, always both. Literally every single time I come and it is so disgusting. These toilets need to be kept better, even if you have to hire professional cleaners. I’m actually concerned that diseases will spread here because of the filth.

Update 28/4/25 - the coffee here has gone way downhill. Not only that, the pastries/cakes are always stale and gross. I’ve had multiple since the first review, trying to give them another chance and they are terrible. Stop leaving them in the cabinet uncovered, they go hard and yuck. When we tried to explain this to the young girl who works there, she argued and said it’s normal for cakes to be served...

Absolutely discusting!!! I’m ordered from these guys 3 days in a row but today they cooked all of my stuff in butter and put butter on my bread when they NEVER do it before! I’m vegan and ALLERGIC to dairy so had to throw it ALL in the bin 🤮

Edit: Thankyou for your reply, firstly you spelt my name wrong, secondly- like I said I have ordered from you guys several times and there has never been butter on the bread! The mushrooms- SURE I get it but the bread has NEVER had butter on it. Not to mention the hash brown was soggy and you put spinach when I didn’t ask for spinach. Perhaps you should pay more attention to detail so your customers are happy. Horrible customer service I litterally tried calling twice this morning and there was no answer so there appears to be a few issues with your store.
