Domino's Pizza Googong — Restaurant in Googong

For the second time this store has made en error in the order that makes the pizza inedible. Twice in around six weeks we have ordered (online), driven up to Googong from Karabar, picked up pizza and returned home to discover the vegan order has (first time) cheese, and (second time, pictured) sausage. The first time the store sent out a replacement. The second time, tonight, we were offered “vouchers for next time”. Pretty sure I would think long and hard about a “next time”. I requested and was promised refund. It’s now 9pm and we are cooking a meal for the person who can’t eat the pizza so we can eat a meal. My dissatisfaction is that this is not the first time. It’s barely the first time this month. It’s not just “incorrect” it’s inedible. What if this were an allergy? The attention to detail in filling a basic order is disappointing in the least. This is, in my view, a Googong Dominoes issue. We have had no such errors from either Fyshwick or Queanbeyan in two...

Order was 20min late and the wrong food was delivered. I phoned the store and asked for a refund and a man rudely told me he was putting me on the banned list and that they don't do refunds, and that he doesn't care the order was late because they're busy. I mentioned that online it clearly states that refunds are available if there is an issue with the order. I asked for the man's name and he said his name was Nipon, I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. After 'Nipon' umming and ahhing for a couple of minutes as to if I'll be refunded, he gave a very hesitant ahhh response when I asked him to guarantee me that I'll be refunded and not placed on the banned list. Ordered at 5:30pm for a 7:15pm delivery only to have still been waiting 45 mins after the selected time to be delivered, to have the shop say they make it at 17:15pm not deliver it when the website says delivery for 7:15pm and that they will send it out now but it will be another 15 mins. When it came the owner was very unprofessional yelling at us saying it was our fault it was late as we live 13 mins away and told us we should live closer if we wanted an on time delivery (after they had over and hour and a half to make and deliver this order).
