If you don't have the pineapple frozen drink available, then please explain in a polite and friendly manner, instead of yelling out "coke or vanilla coke" and nothing else from the middle of the store. This occurred numerous times, "coke or vanilla coke" as I did not know what the problem was.
The way in which my drink was finally served to me by this female manager (thrown on the counter from a few steps back, back then turned to me and no words spoken) was nothing but disgusting.
Upon asking for this female manager's name (as she wasn't wear a name badge), I was told by her, in a rude way "she was under no obligation to give it to her me".
I then asked her, isn't it compulsory that all McDonald's Managers wear a name badge, which she replied - "I don't have to answer your questions".

The staff in the store were more interested in playing with there mates and friends than providing service normally associated with McDonald's. The staff member came to the window and didn't greet me. Just abruptly asked me to confirm my order and before I could answer he walked off. After about 2 minutes of him then joking with his friends (not staff) he then brought me our order. I said to him Thank you very and Merry Xmas. He just turned away and walked off not acknowledging a word I spoke. He didn't say thank you.
