Absolutely disgusting service from Bianca this morning. I let her know over the phone that I had 2 inconveniences this morning with my order where I didn't receive BBQ sauce in my bacon and egg mcmuffin which I had already taken back and asked for them to fix then came home to discover our pancakes were not provided with butter and maple syrup. Bianca's attitude was disrespectful as she kept talking over the top of me and was very defensive. When I have provided feedback to mcdonalds of things being forgotten in the past I have always had friendly service where they have apologised, spoken to me with politeness and offered to fix things up with my on a happy note. However, Bianca hung up on me when I was addressing these minor issues and when I called back it was ringing ringing ringing and she finally answered some time later. I asked if she hung up on me and she denied it but she definitely did and continued to speak in her careless tone of voice with defensiveness. Right now I could not care less about the forgotten butter and maple syrup packets, I am more dissappinted that there is someone with such rude customer service handling customer service matters. I have never been hung up on or talked to so rudely by staff at any Mcdonalds franchise before so this was really disappointing. I will be making a complaint to Mcdonalds higher up about Bianca's behaviour to me too. You know Bianca, being kind instead of defensive about order mishaps could go a long way, lose the attitude mate and ask your supervisor for training on how to provide genuine FRIENDLY and CARING...
Read more08/07- very disappointing today, was asked to wait for 2 pies and cheese burger about 3 mins. Now being a nice person have them extra time so waited over 10 mins. Lots of cars went through and i was just sitting there. I called and asked what was going on to someone called Joshua, and the response was 'oh, we must have forgot'. Well I won't forget your very poor and slack service. If anything you scored a bonus as I didn't get my food. Q: how many maccas are in Lismore? Too many for you to do this.. 12 months update: 09/07/23 - very disappointing again, tables and floor dirty, slow service, self order had a lot of items unavailable, no dockets given, display cabinet was dirty and hardly anything available. Asked for sugar and this caused a search mission, had to go to the storeroom when not successful. Lots of people waiting for service, not all orders were correct. It appeared that Drive Through was given priority, and inside customers were kept waiting. My bonus this time was a case of Bali Belly....very memorable and...

Didn't like being questioned about the split payment I requested spoke very rudely to me actually, then was gossiping with the girl she was packaging our meals with, obvious with their staring talking about us, then she's walked to the window and said to me, Do you want something else?? as we were being served by a lovely young boy, we watched her stuff our order into the bag,which was a totally different meal worth half of what we paid, and was done deliberately I feel....so we ring straight up drive through drive-thru again and get beautiful service from the same kid who saw it all, he gladly gave me her name as her and the other rude girl had miraculously disappeared. This store is a joke to the MacDonalds franchise and the few hard working young ones in there . Claire has the worst customer...
