Great food!!! But you need to take out a 2nd mortgage to eat here now. Prices have exploded to a point this will no longer be our go to cafe. $65 for breakfast for two people is frankly criminal. Love the food, and location but can’t justify $65 for cafe food in the current economic climate. We can get similar food at several other cafes in town for $20 cheaper. So disappointed after todays experience- we loved this place. But sadly this is now out of our price range. This place used to be completely full on the weekends- but is now half full- I’m guessing due to its exorbitant pricing.

Tucked in the middle of a garden centre..Valerie's is a lovely cafè with good coffee and they offer a lot of food choices too. Such a stunning space. Unfortunately, the food quality changes soon as the chef swaps. I found some chefs like serving it bland particularly on an asian dish(masaman) which normally is pack full of flavour. The redeeming food though is the salmon soba for me, it's a nice contrast between hot and cold dish. Coffee is also good did I sat that already.

Amazing! Thank you Louis for great service. Yummy vegan food (corn fritters and also the veggie breakfast). Even though we came a bit late, Louis and the kitchen kindly made us food from the breakfast menu. We ate surrounded by sunshine and flowers from the garden shop. Now our bellies are full and our cheeks are rosy ☺️

I went to this cafe mid afternoon on a weekday and it still took forever to get my food. I got the bean burrito because there was no beef. The burrito came with tomato salsa which I asked for them to take off and guacamole that was far too sweet to still be considered nutritional. There were two kind waiters and one who was extremely rude. His tone was condescending and he gave rude looks and glared the whole time. In the end I had to order a B&E roll because of just how bad the burrito was. The bacon and egg burger was absolutely amazing and I'd highly recommend it. Overall there are many better places...

Melbourne quality cafe in NSW town. We found the breakfast tasty and portions generous for very reasonable prices. Haloumi and scrambled eggs, brekky rolls all delish! I'd recommend garnishing brekky rolls with some leafy salads to look a bit fancier than crisps (it's quirky but it isn't the best look). Nitro cold brew = amazing!!!! Cappuccino for partner was great.
