Friendly staff who have a great phone manner and are always happy to help with following up on deliveries. They do a good job with the ice cream itself and are pretty generous with things like extras on orders, such as Nutella on top, ect. whenever extras are ordered.

However the delivery service used is very unpredictable and can occasionally be great and get to you on the quoted time and even more occasionally earlier - but most of the time they do tend to come late or much later then the quotes delivery time, with myself having experiences of over an hour past the delivery time. I believe though that this is an Independent delivery company and is not necessarily the stores fault as they are always lovely about the time issues and try their best to follow up what has happened with the order.

As a whole the store is great and does a good job, but I would recommend they do something about the delivery service or just to perhaps keep in mind if you have any specific time relevant plans when ordering the delivery.

Edit** - my wife and I decided to give cold rock another chance and honestly I can say I'm completely turned around with the service. We were greeted by to young men who were extremely lovely we ordered the shakes and not only was it filled to the top it was delicious thankyou for making my experience here a much better time then the last.

Staff are friendly but they really need to portion better my partner and I went there both planning on getting small take home packs I ordered mine with 7 mix-ins and she ordered hers with 3 once we left I could visibly see how much less was In my container compared to my partners so I wieghed them when we got home to find mine was over 100g less then hers even with me having 4 more mix-ins then hers needless to say the feeling of being ripped off left a horrible taste in my mouth I thought before I left a review I'd contact the store through email only to be left without a reply which just added insult to injury. For an ice cream parlour that charges a hefty price for what you get you would deffinatly...

I wouldn’t usually comment on a dessert but cold rock (bubblegum ice cream with mix ins, gummi bears and nerds) was one of my all time favourite treats - but this time everything about my usual order was different (in a bad way). The bubble gum ice cream has changed - im not kidding, my teeth and mouth are stained green/blue! I assume it will come off but this did not happen with the better quality, better tasting previous bubblegum ice cream. The ice cream manufacturer has absolutely changed to a lesser quality. The lollies have been replaced for cheaper replicas, the nerds aren’t proper nerds, the gummy bears taste chemically. Something that is usually my all time favourite treat, time after time, for years!, is now pretty terrible. This is really disappointing, and I really hope you turn this around

Edit: they reached out to address this with me, excellent customer service. They fixed the bubblegum back to the original flavour (their supplier sent the wrong one) so I’m happy to continue going for my ice...
