Go to the Aspley store! After being a customer of the Aspley store for years I was so happy to see a Crust pop up around the corner from my work! This however is the most disappointing pizza experience I have ever had! Not only are these pizzas completely unidentifiable from the menu, the concoction of ingredients were certainly not my standard of 'Crust' and I would hope the franchise as a whole! I have waited a few months to try this place again before leaving a review and still very disappointed, no where near the standard of the Aspley store! Given the amount of terrible reviews I would have hoped to see some improvement over time. 10/10 will avoid this place next time the pizza cravings hit!

Just give up already. It’s been 12 months since I last ordered from Crust Brendale. “New management” and a number of 5 star reviews from people with the same last name that are clearly friends of the “new management” Is borderline a scam and doesn’t change your inability to produce a decent pizza. Your pizzas with their home brand pizza sauce and loaded with greasy poor quality ingredients are a disgrace. This is the last time I order your disgusting “pizza”. Crust pizza’s high quality produce is now a thing of the past, save your money and buy a $5 frozen pizza from Coles or Woolworths.

Literally the BEST Crust pizza we have ever had! Impromptu stop and oh my gosh, everything including the sides were piping hot, super tasty to the point of being able to taste each ingredient! So glad we moved to Cashmere now I can come back all the time :) So happy you have no idea!

I ordered Fettuccine Carbonara via Menulog. You have to see the mess that was supposed to be the meal. It was just a big huge blob of pasta in the bowl with a bit of cheese. The bacon was raw there were supposed mushrooms in it but I couldn’t see any and the very main thing that makes it Fettuccine Carbonara is the sauce. BUT surprise surprise THERE WAS NO SAUCE!!!! It was just dry boiled pasta and that was it. I’m so disgusted and so disappointed. Rang them up spoke to the manager a person called AUDREY and he had no answer other that to say that’s how we make it here. If this is any indication of their food preparation I would hate to see what they serve up from the rest of their menu. I spoke to two people there and neither of them seemed overly concerned or interested in doing anything about it. Complete wast of money I had to...

Ordered online and was told 25 minute wait. Got there and the order wasn’t received by shop. The guy had to write the order down from my phone (luckily I took a screenshot of the order confirmation). Then he said that it will be another 15 minute wait and that they would make it a priority. There were many unhappy customers waiting along side me. Then 45 minutes later my order was brought out and the pizza was LUKE WARM! No apology and no compensation offered. So sad that this was our first and last visit/experience.
