Oporto Brendale — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I would not recommend this Oporto location. Unfortunately, they consistently fail to get even simple orders correct, making it one of the poorest Oporto experiences I’ve had.

Having previously lived in Sydney, I was accustomed to Oporto outlets that could handle high volumes while still delivering accurate orders and good customer service. Unfortunately, this location falls far short of that standard.

On my recent visit, I placed an order for two Bondi Burger meals and an additional Bondi Burger, which cost $52. Despite requesting no chilli, the burgers came with chilli. We also paid for extra cheese but received none. When we raised the issue, management displayed very poor customer service skills. My wife had to argue with them before they agreed to send the corrected order via Uber Eats, as we were not prepared to make another 35-minute round trip from Aspley.

This demonstrates both a lack of proper staff training and ineffective management. Unless significant changes are made to improve accuracy and customer service, I cannot see this outlet being successful. As a long-time fan of Oporto in NSW, I found this experience extremely disappointing and would not recommend this...

Did an online order for pickup. Went to pick it up and they missed 1x quarter chicken. Luckily checked the bag when I got to the lights so was able to turn back and get the chicken however the lady at the window seemed to be extremely rude to me. As I got home the food was great and all but then I also had churros with chocolate sauce with the order. I opened this up, there was no seasoning on the churros like that should have it as it states “a sweet dusting of cinnamon sugar” IT WAS JUST PLAIN DOUGH! and did not get my sauce! Rang up the store regarding this disappointing service and was told that because I ordered through the website they could not do anything/help me and that I had to contact the website. Contacted the website and it has been over 2 weeks and still have not...

If I could put no stars I would. To have a new restaurant in the area was great. But thats where the compliment starts an finishes. We waited for ages to pick up and pay for our order, through the drive through. Yet the chips and crispy chicken strips were stone cold! We were waiting behind another car for ages and then our order was 5 mins after that car, yet our chips were cold? Did not make sense why were we waiting so long only to have things cold. And they are seriously expensive for what you get. Won't be going back there again. I will also be telling others to stay clear! There is a reason why they are empty and the KFC is packed. Maybe stop getting your mates to leave compliments and get back to good business otherwise your store...
