Customer service was good, but products not impressive for the price. $50 for one pastry and one dessert each for a four person family (no drinks) is on the high side so I would expect decent items. Sausage rolls were very flakey outside, pastry inside was undercooked. Content was rather lean too, the paper bag went almost immediately see thru from the oil. Pizza rolls were dry and no better than a Woolies packet, again very oily. Cottage Pie had some very basic mince inside, no decent chunks of meat. Good firm base, nice gravy. Potato was nice and smooth. Vanilla slice ( snot block for us Victorians) was very tasty, but the custard consistency was quite loose and made a normally messy dessert very messy. I had not added up the prices in my head but when told the total, I queried whether the special pricing had been included. Well if I thought the young staff member had attitude before - I really copped it after asking that question. Extremely rude is an understatement. She came from out the back like she didnât want to be there, basically grunted at us and the attitude went down hill even further from there. I eventually asked her name, she refused and asked what I wanted it for - I said to lodge a complaint. Vote with your feet people and just donât go there. This includes cheese and bacon rolls, spinach and feta triangles and on weekends often sausage rolls and pies. But they always have broccoli triangles left. Here is an idea. Make more of what is popular and less of the stuff you have left. For a bakery to be so empty before lunch is just ridiculous. Your bread also doesn't last past a day for freshness. The staff are also absolutely miserable. They are rude, unhelpful and probably sick of saying they don't have products when people keep asking.
