Stellarossa Pumicestone — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

We went for Sunday Breakfast and ordered the Bacon and Eggs, and Salmon Crepe with extra mushrooms using the table QR code which aloud me to order online, hoping to jump the big queue.

After 10 mins we got our breakfast juices, all fine. Then waiting another 30 mins to get our food. The bacon and eggs meal was fine, cant go wrong with that, but the crepe arrived cold with no mushrooms. I told the server that I was concerned that the crepe was not fresh if it was cold and that it would make the eggs inside cold too with the cold smoked salmon and cold hollandaise sauce. I asked for a fresh warm crepe and the sauce to be warm too but I did not want it to be just heated up in the microwave as this would cook the smoked salmon. The meal was taken back to be remade. When my meal arrived back at the table it looked inedible. The mushrooms were cold, dry and shrivelled and the crepe was warmish. I asked for my money back as I was extremely disappointed. I did try the meal and found the eggs to be well cooked and and the salmon was fresh. However the crepe seemed rubbery (probably from the microwave), a lot of hollandaise sauce and there was no way I was going near the mushrooms....

Disappointed in this store, it very rarely actually opens for its full trading hours. I would recommend you call and actually make sure it’s open before you bother driving down - 12:15pm Monday and it’s closed again (it states open until 2pm)

Thank you for taking the time to write a reply and I hope in this instance the coffee machine played a part in the reason behind the cafe closing early - however this is not the first time the store has been closed early, or not open at all - or I am incredibly unlucky? Yesterday was my 5th attempt at coming in there for something over the last few months, on different days. I was only lucky enough to be able to meet a work colleague there once for a meeting and if she hadn’t ordered for us, I would not have as tables and chairs were being packed up around us. I wish you and the team all the best, it’s just been one to many times for me now so unfortunately for brunches or lunches I will...

Absolute BEST coffee shop I've been to. Their coffee is absolutely amazing as are their non-caffeinated beverages. I'm unintentionally judgemental when it comes to coffee (used to be a Barista) but can not speak highly enough of this store. I've currently gone from vanilla lattes to chai lattes and they are sooo yummy!!

As for the staff, I honestly don't have enough words to describe how wonderful they are. They are so friendly, kind, professional, caring and fantastic at their jobs that I could go on forever. They seem like they are all genuinely great people and make their customers feel so welcome. I struggle a lot with going out in public and not feeling safe away from my house. When I'm at this store I actually do feel safe and not terrified. That's a HUGE thing for me when it can take me a week just to get groceries because I'm terrified of the people.

Cannot recommend this store enough, thank you to the whole team for the wonderful work...
