Sushi Brothers — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I have always loved this place. Particularly the deep fried halloumi. Recently they have changed this size of hallomi to a quarter of the size and the peices are so small it doesn't even taste like halloumi anymore. I thought at first it was a one off mistake but then i ordered again on a different day and it was the same literally dice sized peices (7 peices for $6.90 on iber eats)Not woth the price now so wont order it again. Just so disappointing because that's my fave side to go with grill salmon and grilled crab nigiri. Probably won't order again for myself now. If they had just halved the peices would have been fine but to get the equivalent of 2 regular peices for the same price is just a rip off. I love this place. I order from here on Uber Eats all the time because it's excellent, and decided to physically go to the restaurant this time. NO regrets. It tastes fantastic when delivered, but it tastes SPECTACULAR when fresh. The customer service was beyond what I expect from a regular restaurant. The presentation of the food was also quite lovely, they really put care into everything they made. And it was a reasonable price too! Id like to tell you what the sushi was like but I waited at the register for over 5 minutes and no one came out even acknowledge I was there. I saw the chef and a co-worker chatting to him, doing nothing in the back. I called out twice and still no acknowledgement. A line started to form as other people were in there as well waiting to place an order or take a seat but the staff clearly arent even willing to acknowledge that you're there, let alone come out and serve you.
