No consideration on kids with disabilities since new staff took over. Since the gympie store opened been a regular customer and original staff, especially Jennifer they where wonderful and we where good spenders here and our son has autism and will not eat what they sell so always was able to bring his meal from else where, now with new staff totally refused to allow it as its outside food and done this with a shop full of people watching so now we will be never shop at any of the j1 stores that are owned by the same owner so that includes noosa and sunshine coast stores, totally disrespectful to people with disabilities...
Read moreThe caucasian woman serving at the counter is absolutely rude. She doesn't say please, thank you or anything that resembles a nice service. She looks like she doesn't even want to be there, she probably doesn't but it doesn't hurt to be kind to the people giving you money. The other staff are actually a lot nicer to deal with than her. The food is ok, nothing special and today it was incredibly expensive due to the easter surcharge that they don't tell you about but is written in tiny writing near the cash register. Sometimes kitchen supplies and cleaning stuff is out and taking up seats…it kills the vibe. I’ve walked past a few times and seen staff counting money etc in plain view of the public…not a good idea.
