The food and service used to be amazing, but unfortunately it has gone down hill, and the prices up. Very bland, and little for the price. They had also replaced one of the items in my meal with another item (I don't know why because they had the item available) which made it very soggy and I didn't eat more than half of it, they didn't offer a refund, which I thought was odd. Very disappointed.

I purchased a ham and cheese croissant 🄐 it was dry and crumbly , the very thinnest of ham. Folded a little on the sides. If there was cheese. I didn’t taste it or seen it. Cost was $10.90. Iv complained there review dept. nothing has happened

The manager of this store is rude and has no idea of good customer service ! We ordered two caramel lattes and we were sitting just outside the restaurants seating area as we had eaten from another food outlet and thought we’d have a coffee from the coffee club and felt no need to move one metre to be inside the seating area for the Coffee Club. Really didn’t think it would be an issue. Anyway coffee arrived and one of the coffees didn’t have caramel so I took it back to the counter and explained I had ordered caramel lattes and his one didn’t have caramel. I also asked if it could be a little less hot than what it was ( I admittedly order extra hot but it came out scalding ) I was polite and thought nothing more of it and sat back down and waited for the coffee to come out. I had drank half my coffee and my husbands coffee still hadn’t come out. We thought it was taking a bit long to remake a coffee but then a lady came to our table and rudely asked what temperature we would like the coffee as we had ordered extra hot initially and then asked for it to be not so hot. I said just not as hot as it was as it was scalding. My husband said could I just have caramel in my coffee as originally ordered as he didn’t think it would be such a big issue but she continued to ask rudely what temperature he wanted his coffee and what would be acceptable. She made such a big deal of it that my husband said I will just have my money back. She then rudely said some comment about sitting outside the restaurants area and walked off. We were just gob smacked that she was so rude and argumentative when they got the order wrong and all she had to do was remake the coffee and make it not as hot and apologised and there wouldn’t have been an issue. But she had no intention of being nice about it and wanted to just make her point rudely and unprofessionally. She brought a cash refund and put it on the table and walked away. I drank my coffee and I took the cup to the counter and voiced my disgust in the way she had been so rude and the girl told me it was her manager. I said that if that is how she treats her customers they won’t return and we would not be returning. I just can’t believe that she made such a big issue out of having to remake a coffee because of their mistake and try to make us feel like we had done a on thing wrong. So rude and unprofessional. How do people like this get employed as Managers in customer service. If I could have given 0 stars I...

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one unimpressed with the store. It used to be quite good and the ladies serving friendly, but the past few months I've noticed that the service has dropped to really disappointing levels. I went for a take away coffee the other afternoon and there was about 2 people in line in front of me. I was watching how they were getting served and it was like us customers were an inconvenience to them. When it was my turn, the lady with blonde-ish hair and seemed to have some sort of maybe American or Canadian accent (I'm not certain as she basically didn't speak more than 2 words) didn't even greet me with a hello or 'how are you going' at all. I actually said "hi, how are you?" And she just grunted at me and stared at me like she wanted me to hurry up. Then it took 25 minutes for my coffee to be finished, which is ridiculous, and the basic orders the 2 people in front of me made, were completely wrong and when they told the girls it wasn't right, the girl with dark brunette/black hair scoffed, rolled her eyes, took the drink away and told the barista it was wrong, only for them to glare at the customer and take another 15minutes to remake 1 smoothie. Not only that, the cost of the cold drinks is a joke. A mocha shake, in a very small container, was about $10. I can get a large at donut king that is almost double the size for less than that. Same with their mango smoothies, so now I go to the Ari Chai smoothie bar near Woolies and get double the size, a nicer drink and cheaper. Not only that but a smile to boot! It's not hard. Treat customers with some respect, especially that manager, the way she treats customers is actually disgusting, I've never seen people working in customer service be so horrible, disrespectful and disgusting, to the point of throwing money at the elderly who then have to struggle to pick it up off the floor. I know working in customer service can be hard, I've done it myself, but the way she and some of the ladies treat people is beyond a joke. She needs to be sacked or quit and get someone else in with a shred of kindness and who understands without customers you...

I recently visited The Coffee Club Gympie for a breakfast catch-up with a friend and our children. My friend went up to order while I used the app to place my order, as I needed to stay close to the babies. After placing my order and paying through the app, I closed it, assuming everything was in order.

My friend's breakfast arrived, but ours did not. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I politely approached the staff to inquire if there had been any issues. They couldn't locate my receipt but confirmed the payment had been taken from my account. I explained that my friend had already eaten and asked for a refund, noting that my little boys were starving and I could get them something from the food court instead. I reassured the staff that I understood mistakes happen and it wasn't their fault. They kindly issued a refund.

As I was ordering sushi for my sons at another shop, the manager, Andrea, approached me in a highly confrontational manner. She raised her voice in front of the entire center, accusing me of ordering takeout incorrectly and demanding the refunded money back. She shook the cold, 30-minute-old food in my face and told me it was my fault. Her behavior was degrading and made me feel small and unheard. Even as I apologized, she turned her back on me and continued to speak rudely as she walked away. The body language and tone of voice I received were disgusting. I felt humiliated and like my personal space was violated.

It's disappointing to experience such treatment, especially in a place I had hoped to enjoy with my family and friends. I hope The Coffee Club Gympie takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent future incidents.

From what I’ve read, Andrea is a huge problem...
