Went into the Bridgewater dominos at 5pm 28th November 2024. A male staff member greated us upon arrival we waited for 10minutes to be served. We stood at front counter as the staff members stood around talking amongst them selves. Other than being greeted on entering store that was the only interaction staff made with us. The store was in a filthy state looking thru the window into area where pizza doe is prepared the whole area including food prep bench and floor was filthy. There was a rubbish bin over flowing with rubbish with rubbish on floor. There was a thick layer of dust on back of the monitor sitting over the bench where pizzas prepared for cooking. The front of the counter has a perspex petition that is filthy with food splatters looking like not wiped clean in a long time. Both the wife and I waited for 10 minutes to place a large order to value of $52.00 but despite all our attempts to get service all the staff were to heavily involved in standing around chatting amongst them selves. They knew we were there as they on a number of occasions looked over at us. We walked out after being ignored for ten minutes by all staff on duty. After being treated in this manner and after seeing the filthy state of the shop we left the store and refuse to eat from their again especially after seeing the unhygienic state of the food prep areas of store. Suggest if anyone wishes to buy pizza from domino Bridgewater prior placing order have a good look at hygiene standards of this particular store. Assure you that you will walk...
Read moreNever in my life have I had service from Dominos that was even remotely close to the service I received from the Manager Ethan tonight.
I called the store to discuss an issue with an order I received. Not only did he take responsibility for my issues immediately, he addressed them quickly, effectively and professionally. He took the time to listen and understand my feedback and spoke with a confidence that had me assured that the issue would be resolved and that it was in the best hands it could be in.
All of that would have made this one of the best experiences with Dominos ever (in spite of the issues I had before speaking to Ethan), but then it turned out that I had actually dialed the wrong store, and even after realising this Ethan still took it upon himself to assist me. His professionalism reflected well on the store and company, and it should be applauded. On top of that once the pizza's arrived as per Ethan's assurance, they were perfect.
If this is the standard of customer service one can expect from Dominos Bridgewater then I will drive out there for that service.
Ethan, if you're reading this. Thank you and I hope that you get the recognition...
Read moreDear Domino’s Bridgewater Team,
I’m writing to express my disappointment again with a recent order placed through your app for the Chicken Monaco pizza.
The online listing clearly showcases a vibrant, generously topped pizza featuring seasoned chicken, red onion, diced tomatoes, and other ingredients. However, what I received was noticeably different: the toppings were sparse, the presentation lacked freshness, and the overall quality did not reflect what was advertised. I’ve attached a photo comparison to highlight the discrepancy.
As a paying customer, I expect the product to match its description and promotional imagery—especially at a price point of $21.00. This experience yet again has left me feeling let down and questioning the consistency of your offerings.
I’d appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise on how it will be addressed. I also hope this feedback helps improve quality control and customer satisfaction...
