The mushroom pie was delicious with flaky pastry. And they make beautiful little party pies for your little ones. Unfortunately i got an apple turnover with moch cream, and not much apple and the pastry wasn’t flaky, it was damp. Not very nice. Having said that, there was always customers coming in regularly. Macintyre Hot Bread Shop Inverell An unassuming country bakery in Inverell that has probably not won or even entered a pie competition. Just good, honest, pies for a good price. I grabbed a Steak Dianne pie for lunch when I passed through a couple of weeks ago and it was very tasty.
