Brothers Ipswich is located at 20 Wildey Street, Raceview. Public transport is only a short walk from the entrance to this club.
QR scanning is no longer required on entry to the club. A show of your membership card or signing in as a visitor is now required.
The friendly staff at the main reception area are more than happy to assist you with making your visit to Brothers Leagues Club Ipswich most welcoming.
I found that customer service in every area of this establishment is to be of a high standard.
Sanitising stations are available on entry & there is also plenty of hand sanitising available around the entire area of this club.
One important factor that I was most impressed about was the cleanliness of the club.
Brothers Ipswich has recently undergone a major renovation with an open plan area in the main restaurant & they have enclosed the deck area, which is now air-conditioned.
The enclosed deck is a wonderful place to sit down for a meal in the cooler days as there is heating available, making it very cosy ๐
New lighting has been installed, which is a major improvement that makes the new area look so vibrant.
Plenty of Alfresco seating is available around the cafe area & main restaurant. There are 3 bars available & excellent function rooms available.
I was more than happy with our lunch that we had on our visit, good value for money.
Both the cafe and restaurant menus caters to everyone's needs, and this also includes meals for people with special dietary requirements.
Since the completion of the renovations, a new menu has been introduced in the main restaurant ๐
One point worth mentioning is that there is a new Kids Zone in the main restaurant area, which is a welcomed improvement where the children can enjoy in a safe environment ๐
Brothers Ipswich has a very good gaming area with a good variety of poker machines on hand, and staff regularly wipe down machines and seating.
Brothers Juniors club excellent playing facilities for Rugby League, some of the best playing conditions in the region.
Brothers Leagues Club, in recent times, added additional sealed parking, which is add bonus ๐
There is undercover parking available near the front entrance to the club, which also includes disabled parking lots ๐
Well worth the drive from Brisbane, my wife & I have been back on many occasions & have since become members of this...
ย ย ย Read moreSadly we have to give one star due to the worst customer service we have ever received. My husband and I thought we would go out to lunch as we had heard great things. Once we got there the First Lady in the restaurant with blonde hair was lovely and she is the only reason to even give a star. We then headed to the bar where a lady with black curly hair was just extremely rude from the get go. An older gentleman was in front of us asking about wine, she told him to read the wine list. We stood there for about 5 minutes waiting while this gentlemen read the list. She could have served us in this time but she refused, even when the gentleman said we could go first she said โno, they can wait their turnโ. We finally get served and I asked for a glass of coke to which she said I need to show ID. Iโm 28 years old and pregnant mind you. She then proceeded to tell me that I shouldnโt even be in the restaurant as I have no ID. Before I could even finish to explain I did have ID in paperwork form as I had just gotten married and am waiting for my new ID to be sent in the mail, she told us to leave. We were shocked by this. We then headed over to the other bar which served me a glass of coke with no drama at all. She was eyeballing us the whole time we were eating our meal and made us extremely uncomfortable. Sadly we will not ever be returning due to this attack from one of your staff. We tried getting her name but she refused to speak to us. Not the kind of staff I would want working for my company thatโs for sure. Thank you to the staff who were nice, it was appreciated after what we...

I was invited to attend another catered function at Brothers Leagues club, recently, and thought that I would give them another try. I wish I hadn't. The Beef was so overcooked my knife would not cut it. I had to pull it apart with my fork. The Pork was only slightly better, but was (again) overcooked and dry. The Apple Sauce might have helped but it was studded with ice chunks. The Honey Buttered Chicken was tough and tasteless. The roast vegetables were dry and leathery so that when using your fork to 'hold' them the fork did not penetrate but squashed the pumpkin and the sweet potato. There was so much uneaten food left, the staff filled 'Take-away' containers in the hope that someone would take it home. We waited approximately an hour and a half for the dessert to be put out, and when it was, I chose the Apple Crumble and Custard. Fortunately, I have my own teeth, but my Apple Crumble was, (again), overcooked, hard, and 'crispy', (and tasted more like rhubarb??) The desserts were (mistakenly?) served on large dinner plates, instead of dessert bowls, which meant that the (small) piece of Apple Crumble sat in the middle of the plate and the custard spread itself out over the rest of the plate so that to get any on your spoon you had to tip the plate and use the spoon as a 'scoop'. The function would have been most enjoyable if the food had not let it down. (No photos; I wasn't expecting to...
