The divine hands behind Cake and Flours business prepare the most unbelievably delicious gluten-free delicacies! Itās hard to decide on which one to buy, as all of them have a soft spot in my heart. My partner is gluten intolerant and I am not, which means I sometimes have to adjust to the dietary requirements of the household, which in turn, means I miss out on the regular deliciousness of the gluten-loaded-food. Not with Cake and Floursā options though, as they leave nothing to be desired as a regular sweet from the best bakeries/patisseries. I found it with Yasmin and was so excited. She is a beautiful person and communication was swift and informative and she was able to adjust recipes to meet all allergy requirements. I particularly fell in love with the lemon cream ones ā„ļø I had never tried something similar to the shiraz cherry one, so it was new to me: absolutely delicious. And the brownie, oh, such a mouthful of soft chocolate perfection! However, what impressed me the most is how lovely Yasmin is!! No wonder she bakes such amazing goodies, since she is so sweet herself! So if you haven't tried her sweets, do yourself a favour and get ahold of as many as you can haha :) You won't regret it!
