The divine hands behind Cake and Flours business prepare the most unbelievably delicious gluten-free delicacies! It’s hard to decide on which one to buy, as all of them have a soft spot in my heart. My partner is gluten intolerant and I am not, which means I sometimes have to adjust to the dietary requirements of the household, which in turn, means I miss out on the regular deliciousness of the gluten-loaded-food. Not with Cake and Flours’ options though, as they leave nothing to be desired as a regular sweet from the best bakeries/patisseries. They sell out really fast at markets, so I just need to grab whatever I wish to eat (usually the cherry tart, my absolute favourite),...

My partner and I married and celebrated our birthdays all on the same day so I wanted something very special in the way of sweet treats that would give Coeliacs and other guests with specific food allergies, the same dessert experience that ‘normal’ eaters take for granted. I found it with Yasmin and was so excited. She is a beautiful person and communication was swift and informative and she was able to adjust recipes to meet all allergy requirements. Our party guests shared our triple choc cake, tarts, Ricciarellis and cupcakes and were amazed that they were all gluten free AND delicious. Presentation is exactly as on the website, beautiful!...

I was soooo delighted by all the sweets I purchased from Cake and Flours! They are extraordinary!! I particularly fell in love with the lemon cream ones ♥️ I had never tried something similar to the shiraz cherry one, so it was new to me: absolutely delicious. And the brownie, oh, such a mouthful of soft chocolate perfection! However, what impressed me the most is how lovely Yasmin is!! No wonder she bakes such amazing goodies, since she is so sweet herself! So if you haven't tried her sweets, do yourself a favour and get ahold of as many as you can haha :) You won't regret it!
