Domino's Pizza Bundamba — Restaurant in Ipswich City

Everytime you give these guys a chance they stuff it up royally! Ordered tonight for delivery and the delivery driver kicks over a pot smashing it and proceeds to not mention a thing and act like nothing had happened yet I have a full CCTV system on the house which recorded everything.....ring up the store and they advise me to go to my insurance to resolve this issue??? Obviously they do not have home insurance as they would realize this type of thing is not covered....absolutely disgusted at there service (yes its a $15 pot but thats not the point these guys should act like professionals and provide a respectful service and not sh!t on there customers). Waited over 3 hours for 3 pizzas. When I kept calling to chase the pizzas up they kept saying it was on the way. (I live a 2 min drive away and put my order in early for delivery asap) was abused by one of the boys and called a name, when I confronted him he went into denial and blamed me for the pizzas being late because he had other orders to take out. Safe to say that I no longer order from this pathetic store and I'm happy to be ordering from else where that has far better customer service and time management skills. Totally disappointed with our orders tonight. Both our pizza, and stuffed cheesy bread were too oily. Pizza was completely soggy, greasy and falling apart in every direction — completely lacking structure as there was oil dripping from the pizza! I rang up the store to raise my concern and the staff, with a noticeably indifferent tone, told me the oiliness was due to the garlic butter!
