Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ipswich City

Over the weekend I had ordered some pizzas for pick up half an hour after the store was due to open. When I arrived for the pick up time, the store was closed with no one inside. Attempted to call the store multiple times and was finally connected to an operator. Advised the operator of the situation so they had called the restaurant manager to see why the store wasn’t open. The operator had explained to be that they would now open at 12pm instead of 11am and my order would be ready in an hour after original pick up time (11:30am). Unhappy with this outcome I requested a refund and to cancel the order. The operator had assured me the restaurant manager will reissue the funds over the next 1-3 business days. With it now being over that timeframe i attempted to contact the store again with no answer so was redirected to another operator who advised me the refund was not issued. They attempted to contact the store and was unsuccessful so they took my mobile number and said I would be called shortly from the restaurant manager. No contact made and no outcome with my refund. Sadly on 23/05/2022 I have to update this The last 3 orders From this store have been horrible and had to be replaced , found plastic in my food last order and now tonight the pizzas had to replaced to due to toppings being like Slop and all through the Box , and just about had to beg to have it re done after spending over $60 on food for my family I am bitterly dissapointed and will not be returning as a customer after many great meals it saddens me that it has come to this . ! Upset customer !

I am a local rosewood resident ! I disagree with the below reviews , since moving here the staff have been super helpful , the food is always served and delivered hot and fresh , the drinks cold and the service even better ! Have put some cool requests in to draw things on the box for me or play music on delivery and they have always gone above And beyond and made the entire experience awesome !! Absolutely horrendous time management. Ordered at 5:50pm for pick up, was told it would be 20 minutes. The pizza was still not ready after 6:40pm...

EDIT... It seems this place is in the business of wasting peoples time. I ordered earlier this evening for 2 large pizzas waiting till the tracker was almost finished went to the shop on the way and while in the shop the tracker said it was finished. Upon arriving at the store I was notified they haven't even started making the pizza's yet as they had ran out of cheese... seriously? A phone call would have been courteous but what I find most ridiculous is that the tracker said it was cooked. This means either the pizza hut tracker app is simply a timer and should be ignored completely or that the staff here mark orders as complete to give the illusion they are working. Complete waste of time. Would give zero or negative stars...
