You got a fabulous spot in the neighbourhood and a wood fired oven. You can make it a very popular place! Improvement suggestions:
Add San Pellegrino drinks on the menu. Turn off spot lights, put some floor lamps in the corners with warm light bulbs, light facing up the ceiling. Ambient lighting makes all the difference. Block the neon light piercing through the window. Paint ceiling black for better ambiente. Table cloths italian style. Cuttleries already set upon arrival. Italian music playlist running on loop. Pizza dough was bad, either source it from a better supplier or change the recipe. The fridges are awfully noisy and destroy the ambience. The french drawing on the wall is confusing... The menu has a lot of spelling mistakes.

Unfortunately our pizzas were unpleasant. We were the only customers.
I still believe with more effort this shop has great potential! Make it look pretty, advertise on social media and most importantly get the dishes right! And if that means hiring an italian chef then...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to visit the restaurant. While the owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, I must admit that my dining experience was marred by the unpleasant taste, low-quality ingredients, excessive greasiness, and the fact that the dishes did not live up to their names.
The dishes not only lacked flavor, but they also had an unappealing taste that I found difficult to stomach. It was evident that the ingredients used were of subpar quality, resulting in an overall disappointing meal.
One of the major issues I encountered was the excessive amount of grease present in the food. The dishes seemed to be soaked in oil, which made them heavy and unpleasant to eat. It was a real letdown as I had hoped for a more balanced and healthier dining experience. The fried plantain seemed to be fried more than once.
Moreover, I was disappointed to find that the food did not align with the names listed on the menu. This mismatch left me confused and dissatisfied. It's important for a restaurant to accurately represent its dishes to avoid misleading customers and setting unrealistic...
Read moreDisgraceful misrepresentation. Ordered online. Canneloni, tortellini and a pizza. Beautiful website and glowing reviews. Rocked up to an empty restaurant which had the words authentic italian. Obviously this establishemnt has recently been bought by and indian family which i would have no problem with if the food was actually good. Was told my my order would take 5 minutes from them just having looked on the screen after a glitch? Was told they have no tortelinni. I dont mind waiting for good food but what i got literally 5 minutes later was supermarket bought gnocchi, microwaved uncooked canneloni and a sad looking pizza with a tiny salad ($10! Crazy!). The salad literally had 3 spoonfuls. These people are not generous. The food is microwaved and uncooked and looks completely different to the website. Disgraceful rip off. 26 dollars for cold uncooked canneloni!! This business wont last long. I would have taken it back if it was worth trying to help these people but a poor meal for a...
