Slowdough Pizzas WILLAGEE - Organic Sourdough Pizza & Artisan Ice-Cream — Restaurant in Western Australia

My first time to order a pizza here and it was the Basic B one order only. This was to be a suprise for my hubby dinner. Upon ordering was told that a 35 min wait. I agreed and went to sit in the car. Unfortunately it was no longer a surpise as hubby arrived home and called me. Told him then another 5 mins I can go and get pizza. I went actually 36 mins and was told another 6 mins. Hence i went back to the car again and informed hubby not long to go. Whilst talking to hubby, I saw the lady who initially took my order come out with a pizza and looking around, I got out and It was the pizza I ordered being hand delivered to my car. Thanked her and happily drove home 20 mins back to Langford. Opened the box and placed the pizza for hubby and warmed 30 seconds in microwave. Hubby very happy to get pizza as it is not my choice of food as I am very Asian minded with food choice. I then took a piece to try and ' AMAZING IS THE WORD 'ITS SO SO GOOD!! Love the texture of the pizza base and actually had a 2nd piece which never been my normal at all.

Seems a long time to wait for a pizza, but the Asian saying goes, All good things comes with Patience and not the package, but what's inside the package!

When I went in to original pick up, there was a couple I think hoping to dine in and was ordering their dinner, and later informed that their order would take an hour or more, the man turned to go away. Another lady hoping to get a single pizza behind me too went away when she heard its at least an hour for an order.

Sitting in the car and watching, I can see the q coming in. And some out with dissappointment.

To all pizza lovers and not so much pizza lovers, this is the ONLY pizza I would go for in Perth. MY family knows that I am very fussy with food. The pizza was superb with high quality sourdough and look forward to try others. The serving staff are friendly and took the extra step to come to the car with the pizza. Appreciate and THANK YOU FOR SUCH AN AMAZING DINNER!

We try to support small business so visited this pizza shop for the first time but extremely disappointed with very poor customer service. We arrived @8pm on Saturday night, looked over the menu while busy with another customer, only to be told by the young kid that dine in closes at 8pm but are open for takeaway until 9pm. No sorry mentioned & said they need to clean up… yet young guy finished shift 5 mins later with pizza in hand whilst outdoor table still wasn’t cleared! Restaurant still had a family of 3 chatting away with half pizza still left & when other guy provided us with our pizza BOX, asked politely if we could sit outside to eat the 1 pizza…. meet with a very unfriendly approach again that we have to clean, at this stage didn’t clear outside table at this time nor didn’t seem at all interested again in our disappointment to eat 1 pizza with 40 mins remaining until closure. It’s unfortunate that both guys provided this extremely bad 1st impression of the business as the pizza was great but...

I ordered 3 pizzas yesterday online for 6.15pm pickup. When I arrived to collect them, I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait, the pizzas were finally ready at 6.55pm. I was disappointed that I was not notified that there would be a long delay before arriving to collect them, a text or email would have been great. I also didn't receive the Plain Jane pizza that is meant to be a Wednesday promotion when ordering more than 2 pizzas. I was left feeling ripped off.

Hi Sophie, I think you missed the point of my review. If you were understaffed then you should have notified me my order wouldn't be ready on time, rather than make me wait 40 minutes in person. I ordered hours ahead online, you had my email and mobile number so could have contacted me about being short staffed/delayed in making the order. After waiting 40 minutes I didn't have more time to waste to ask for the Plain Jane to be included. The sign in store simply says "order two or more pizzas for pickup and receive a complimentary...
