Rachel the manager who helped me was friendly and easy to work with and the young man who assisted me with getting the pizzas on a very large order to my car was so friendly, helpful, hardworking and respectful.

Usually the best pizzas and service but tonight , both pizzas were wrong. 1 was meant to be a supreme with classic base and we got dried out pepperoni on a thin hard as a rock base. Also ordered using app and selected a 7pm pickup due to time restrictions . On arrival the ordered hadn't even been placed in the oven as the update app suggested instead they said they waited for the customer to arrive before placing the order in the oven as they can't see app orders unless they manually look for them on the computer system. So at 7:20 I finally got the pizzas. And rushed to get my client home on time. Normally I wouldn't be such a Karen but tonight I am working , I have a high needs NDIS patient with certain meal times and foods he can and cannot eat. And time restraints hence ordering the food at 5:30pm via the app. Couldnt even get potato gems that were cooked. The were soggy and tasted microwaved , even the family dogs...

I had the most terrible service tonight ordered my food at 522pm tonight on line said it would be delivered at 555pm. 555pm came 605 came gAve them a ring hello a young man said no Welcome to Pizza Hut how can I help you. After explaining its just getting prepared now. Ah what rang again at 630pm as app said yr pizza has been delivered ah No.....5 mins later pizza hut turns up delivered.
